The Management undertakes :

- To provide clear, comprehensive and accurate information. Literature provided must include the opening times of reception, the list of services and facilities provided with their opening times. Where certain services or facilities are not provided on site, this must be clearly stated and their distance from the campsite given.

- All prices are accurate, clearly stated (stating too the level of holiday tax payable) and strictly enforced.

- To maintain in a clean and faultless condition the property and its grounds when open, and so too all hoardings and signage outwiyh the property.

- To provide plots that are private and to ensure calm and quiet on site. The site and its approaches must be upkept and improved as best as possible, in the interests of good taste and general appearance, ensuring that the site fits well into its environment. Particular attention is paid to standards of décor and planting.

- To provide at all times a warm welcome and convivial atmosphere, and to achieve this by ensuring that staff are friendly, available, well trained, efficient and well presented.

The site is at all times prepared to listen to customers' suggestions.
